Welcome to Yasin Culinary.
Yasin Culinary offers Syrian cooking classes, as well as catering services for parties and special occasions. All ingredients are fresh and prepared with the most treasured and exotic spices. My Syrian and Arab recipes are handed down through many generations, and you can learn how to cook these healthy, fabulous dishes in my cooking classes or sit back and enjoy my catering. I invite you to savor the best Arab cuisine Boston has to offer. You will return again and again for more.

I am Ahmad Yasin. For 16 years I owned my award-winning Middle Eastern restaurant, Kareem, in Watertown, Massachusetts. The restaurant won acclaim from culinary experts and press; Boston Magazine awarded Kareem Best of Boston 1993, and in 1995, Best Middle Eastern Restaurant. I was also awarded Zagat's Certificate of Distinction in 1999.

Customers and friends have always asked for my recipes. Since I love to share my passion for Arab tastes and textures in food, I am in the process of creating a cookbook, and I enjoy teaching people how to make delicious Syrian recipes in my classes.
